How to request deletion of personal data submitted to Daemion through the public website, inquiry surfaces, careers channels, and Daemion product workspaces.

Individuals may request deletion of personal data they submitted directly to Daemion or that Daemion processes in connection with public website, inquiry, careers, correspondence, or product workspace surfaces. Customers of a business that uses Daemion may also ask that business to submit a deletion request on their behalf.
To delete product workspace data, write to privacy@daemion.com with the subject line Data deletion request and include enough detail to locate the workspace, account, or customer record. Daemion verifies the request with the business client where required before deletion.

Daemion verifies the request before deletion. Verification may require a confirmation email or additional information where the request involves sensitive material.
Daemion acknowledges deletion requests within 3 business days and completes eligible deletion within 30 days unless a lawful retention basis applies.
Inquiry records, careers materials, direct correspondence, form submissions, and web logs that identify the requester may be deleted where no retention exception applies.
Tax records, legal matters, active institutional matters, and anonymized aggregates may be retained where required or justified.
When deletion is complete, Daemion sends a confirmation email describing what was deleted and what, if anything, was retained.
